The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) recently declared the victory in the bidding for the Bukit Timah Link land, a 99-year leasehold property. The winning bid for Park Hill Condo was made by Bukit One, a fully-owned subsidiary of Bukit Sembawang Estates, out of five competing companies. According to URA’s records, their offer amounted to S$200 million, equivalent to S$14,457 per square meter of the entire gross floor area (GFA) of the site.
